Sew the placement stitch
Lay fabric over placement and sew the secure stitch.
Trim close to fabric. Sew next placement stitch.
.IMPORTANT! When you get to the balloons on the bottom is when you have to add the ribbon or strings. Place them in such a way as they look like they are from each balloon. If you have ten balloons then use ten strings. You will need to plan this ahead of time to know where which bottom balloon to place each string.
Use a glue stick to place ribbon or trim in place
Place fabric over placement. Sew secure stitch and trim.
Trim close to fabric. Use a glue stick to place ribbon or trim for balloons so you have the same number of strings as balloons.
Place fabric over placement and sew secure stitch.
Trim close to fabric. Last step is to sew the outline satin stitch.
