Using a 11 1/2 X 9 inch felt square, adhesive the cut away stabilizer over to one side. You can buy the felt squares at any fabric or craft store. They cost an average of .20¢ a square.
Hoop off to one side, trim close to hoop. Place excess to the side to use later as back.
The first color #1 is the felt color. Skip this color, it is only for color information. However if you want to sew it out you can. Stop after sewing out the black outline #4.
Take off hoop and turn over. (for spider tape ric rac or yarn as shown)
Spray adhesive above and below design area but be sure to NOT get any
on back side of design. Place the felt you put a side on bottom. HINT
I did not use the adhesive and it stayed.
Sew out last outline color pink, #5. This color is shown as pink but sew it out black. I made it pink so your machine will stop giving you time to place on the back peice.
Take off hoop and cut out. Use a sharpened pencil to open the hole then place pencil eraser end in opening.
