Naughty Birthday Vulture

Its not your gray hair that tells your age
Or even your body droop
The telltale sign you're over the hill
Is that pile of vulture poop .

Instructions

Materials:

One square of craft felt
Spray Adhesive (optional)
Tape/Pins
Stabilizer
Thread

Poop
Black jelly beans

1. Hoop stabilizer using spray adhesive attach black felt to stabilizer.

2. Sew out back first. Take out of hoop. Clip all jump stitches on both sides. Trim 1/8 from stitching all around and open butt hole. Set a side.

3. Hoop stabilizer using spray adhesive to attach black felt to stabilizer. Sew out remaining color stopping before the last (satin stitch outline).

4. Before sewing last color remove frame from machine but do not remove design from hoop. Trim around 1/8 from stitching
5. Turn over to back side and trim all the jump stitches. Use tape or pins to hold down the back piece being sure to line up the stitching. This should be with wrong sides together.

6.Change bobbin thread to black.
7. Sew out last color in black.

8. Trim around edges and fill with Vulture Poop.
9. Use a soldering iron to finish off the edges.
10 . Print poem and give away to your birthday friend.
