Supplies
- One hand towel
- One package of double fold extra wide bias tape
- One 4 1/2 inch container lid

1. find the enter the make a 4 1/2 inch circle in enter.
2. cut circle and down the back as shown
3. sew on bias tape around ut edges.
4. add one Velcro snap at neck back
5. sew up sides leaving 4 to 5 inches open on top and bottom of side seam.
