I found these orange wash cloths at
Wal-Mart

1. Measuring corner to corner on right side, make a little mark 1/4 of the way down. from one end.	2. Hooping- Hoop stablizer. I used tear away sticky back.	3. Place hoop on machine. Place wash cloth on hoop with your mark under the foot.
4.Stablize- Place small piece of water solvable on top. I used Glad Press & Seal. This will keep the pile down.	5. Finish- When done sewing it should look like this. As you can see it is better to use the wash cloths without a band but not easy to find.	6. Assemble- Roll sides into center with design front down.
Fold in half with face design on the inside and rolls on the outside. Place a small rubber band on the top as shown	Turn so ends are inside and face is shown.	Place a rubber band tight around the neck.
Cut a piece of felt about 4" by 1/2" and tie a knot in the cent.	Stick ends inside top hole leaving the knot to stick out the top. OPTIONAL: put a dab of glue on it to hold it in place.	Tie piece of Halloween ribbon around his neck for a tie.
