 Measure across your bowl and add 4 inches. Cut one of fabric one of vinyl |
 Sew on optional trim. Place the vinyl and fabric right sides together and pin. |
 Sew with 1/4 inch seam allowance vinyl side down. Leave a 2 inch gap for turning. |
 Turn right side out. |
 Pin opening closed so it wont shift when sewing casing |
 Sew 1 inch from edge all the way around |
 Insert 3/4 wide elastic thru casing using a safety pin to help. To find the length of elastic multiply the width of the bowl and multiply it by 3.14159 ( bet you never thought you would use PI again, did ya.) Depending on the slope of the bowl subtract 3 to 5 inches |
 Once you have the elastic pulled thru use a zig zag stitch to sew the ends together. You may need to cut more elastic off the end first. |
 Sew the opening closed using a zig zag stitch |
