Hoop fabric using a cut away stabilizer
Before sewing out the last color (outline) remove hoop from machine and tape down a piece of felt on BOTTOM of hoop. Place back on machine and sew out last color (outline)
Remove from hoop and cut out around outline.
Using sharp point sissors or seam ripper, carefully open b hole.
Place chocolate covered rasin through b hole

Use a pencil and ruler to draw around outside of stitching for cut lines.
Cut on your lines
Turn right side out
