Seat Belt Cozy

Use a fleece or faux fur fabric with 5/8 seam allowance. If using a thinner fabric back it with fleece or batting.
 Cut a 14X16 inch square of fleece. |
 If using a thin fabric, back with fleece or batting |
 Fold in half long way with right sides together, sew seam leaving a 2 inch gap for turning. |
 with right sides together having seam in the middle sew both ends. |
 Turn right side out and slip stitch the opening |
 Sew four velcro snaps making sure you have one side on the top and the other on the back. |
