Smartie Pants
Diane Tracy sent me a picture of her Smartie Pants that she makes for craft shows. We both new they would be easy to make in the hoop so with her idea and my digitizing we have the "Smartie Pants"

Hoop fabric using a cut away stabilizer

Before sewing out the last color (outline) remove from machine and tape down a piece of felt. Place back on machine and sew out last color (outline)

It's Saint Patty's day so stand up and cheer
we'll have corned beef & drink green beer!
if an Irish jig is your favorite dance,
then you're a St. Patty's Smartie Pants!
