Smartie
Pants
Diane Tracy sent me a picture of her Smartie Pants that she makes for
craft shows. We both new they would be easy to make in the hoop so with
her idea and my digitizing we have the "Smartie Pants"
Give these
away for co-workers or make for your students class. They sew out quick
and are so fun!
You can buy Smartie candies to fill at most dollar stores.
Hoop fabric using a cut away stabilizer
Stop after first color #1, remove from hoop tape down optional lace on bottom of legs. Sew lace using same color. Trim top close to stitching.
Take off machine, leave in hoop place a felt square to the back then place back on machine. Finish sewing outline.
Remove from machine, cut out.
Fill will "Smartie Sweet Tarts"™ and poem.
